Where are your bumpers made?

All manufacturing processes are completed in our facility in Lancaster, SC.

Do you make custom products or products for vehicles not listed?

No, Fab Fours does not offer custom one off designs.

Orders & Fulfillment

Are you able to provide status on my order?

Online and local shops do not purchase directly through Fab Fours. All orders are pulled through distribution. We are unable to pull their orders purchase through our distributors by your name. Please contact the dealer you initially ordered through for status.

Can I pick up my bumper(s) and/or accessory(ies) from your facility?

No, we do not offer will call.

Warranty & Returns

What is your Warranty Policy?

Please review warranty requirements / restrictions for the product before contacting Fab Fours. Fab Fours' warranty policy does not apply to products that have been subjected to abuse, neglect, accident, fire, alteration, corrosion or improper installation and does not over items or conditions caused by normal wear and use. If there is an issue with my product, what is the process?

Return Process on Covered Products: All warrantied products must be returned through the original shop or online dealer that sold the part(s). Images of defect(s) must be sent over to support@fabfours.com

Fitment & Accessory Recommendations

Are Fab Fours bumpers universal between different makes, models, year frames, etc.?

No. All bumpers are designed specifically to the contour of the truck/Jeep. They are not interchangeable between different body styles and frame changes. Fab Fours will not be able to provide instruction on how to modify a bumper to fit your model that is not designed around or intended for.

What winch do you recommend?

All products are tested with WARN winches. Size will vary pending on the series. Please see product page for winch size recommendations and winches used for testing. You are not limited to WARN products but you will need to reference winch that was recommended on WARN site for dimensions.

What lights do you recommend for your bumpers?

Lights will very pending on product series. All bumpers that allow for aftermarket lights are tested with Rigid Industries. Please see individual product pages for the size and amount of lights recommended.
