1. Refuse the Shipment.
2. Accept the shipment but sign for the product as DAMAGED.
Then contact someone at Fab Fours Inc. to resolve the issue. Please ensure that all materials in the package and the package itself are exactly the way you received them to ensure a valid claim. Any shortages/ missing items in the shipment must be reported to Fab Fours Inc. immediately.
